Deep Tissue Massage
A more penetrating form of therapeutic massage using slow stokes combined with deep finger pressure
used to ease chronic tension in muscle and tendons, relieve soft tissue pain, and to help with injury
rehabilitation. Muscle groups are given specific attention to restore the body's optimum alignment and
suppleness.

Aromatherapy Massage
The most effective form of aromatherapy. The great penetrating force of essential oils is combined with
the nurturing and relaxing power of touch. The effect of this combination is determined by the type of oils
used and the needs of the individual. Choose from Stress Relief, Lavender, Relaxation, Deep Relaxation,
Quiet Mind, Balancing, Energy Booster, Emotional Release, and URS (focus and clarity). Oils used are
from UTTATI Intl.

Hot Stone Massage
Enter a deeper dimension of relaxation! Imagine moist heat penetrating deep into your oh....so......tense
muscles. Just feel the tension melt away as smooth hot stones are used to massage, relieve, and
lengthen tight, tired muscles. Ooooohh!!!! The effect is almost sedative, creating a positive approach to
the Mind - Body - Spirit philosophy.

Aromatherapy Wrap
Essential oils and heat are used to aid the body's elimination process. Thick linens are wrapped firmly
around the client and the client is then insulated with wool and thermal blankets. The body goes into a
state of hypothermia-increasing surface circulation, perspiration and elimination of toxins from fat cells.
Great treatment to receive when detoxing/cleansing the body!

On-Site or Seated Chair Massage (I'll come to you!)
Table or chair massage services available in your home, office, or for a special event (i.e. health fairs,
pamper parties, conferences, meetings, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers). Imagine receiving a
massage in the comfort of your home! Afterwards, all you have to do is to continue relaxing!!! Seated
massage is an excellent way to receive the benefits of feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated in as little as
a few minutes without undressing.
Home or office (table)....add $25 to above fee (1 hour min., Swedish, Deep Tissue or Aromatherapy only)
Chair massage....$1.00 per minute ( 2 hour minimum)
